The aim is to asist facilitators to energise the audience and keep them engaged. We cover creating ynergy within your audience, energising with involvement, designing and developing interactive tools specifically for your workplace. You will explore some of Catherine's tried and tested tools and activities that have been published in the Training Journals.

Catherine conducts nationally accredited courses, which provide the graduates with nationally recognised credentials, these include Certificate IV and Double Diploma of TAE, Diploma of Leadership and Management & Diploma of Business Administration. Her talent in training and facilitation has seen her present overseas in Los Angeles, Montreal and Las Vegas, and nationally around Australia. Catherine has served as National President of AITD. She has published several training texts. Catherine has designed a range of teaching tools for facilitators to utilise in their training.
