provides a foundation for developing ideas and goals to set the action plan in progress for self
improvement.
The structure of your personal goal book is a collection of worksheets, and uses the principle of action follows thought. We use the concept “Imagination plus Visualis equals Results”. in the words of Mark Victor Hansen says “Don’t just think it, ink it!’
Our Agenda covers visualizing the goals, defining the benefits, identifying obstacles, setting the action plan and time lines that turn dreams to goals, finishing with a vision map.
We supply a range of goal setting props and resources for the you on the day. You are encouraged to develop their own resources, however, the worksheets are supplied during the session and provide a kit of ideas for you to continue your goal setting after the workshop.
