Catherine Logue

Catherine is the Principal and owner of The Training for Learning Company, which has been in operation since 1995. She has been developing, writing and conducting training in the corporate sector for 25 years. Conducting needs analysis, forecasting and operating her business and training in this area sees Catherine as a well recognised and sought after trainer.
Her qualifications in Training & Development coupled with her ongoing study in training techniques and the principles of adult learning provide a balanced and innovative approach to training. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Education, an Associate Diploma in HRD, Diploma of Management and a Diploma of Business Administration.
Catherine conducts Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, Certificate IV in Frontline Management, Diploma of Management and Diploma of Business Administration. These nationally accredited programs provide the graduates with nationally recognised credentials.
Her talent in training and facilitation has seen her present overseas in Los Angeles, Montreal and Las Vegas, and nationally around Australia. Her clients include Australia Post, TransAdelaide, IKEA, SA Ambulance, Electus, University of SA, University of Adelaide, PMA Australia, PMA International, ESCOSA, Southern Health and Latrobe University.
Catherine is the immediate past National President of AITD Australian Institute of Training & Development and now is the Board Mentor. Catherine published three books, The Trainer Activity Manual, The Team Leader Activity Manual and Common Learning Styles in 2009. These texts have been prepared to enable trainers to introduce innovation to their training and facilitation. |

Alan Logue

Alan has worked in the Marketing field for the past 25 years. His no nonsense approach to marketing has seen him reach the top of his profession. His principles in Sales & Marketing have earned him a reputation, in the industry, of integrity and trust. Alan has developed a range of techniques in closing the sale and how to think with the client not for them.
Lecturing in Sales & Marketing at TAFE and for corporate business, Alan has also enjoyed assisting others to move into the career that he has enjoyed so much. The success of the Minilab Training Centre and the employable students who graduate from the Centre are testimony to the skills and knowledge of the industry and his ability as a trainer.
Business Practices are an everyday activity for Alan, and his talent for transferring these skills to the training room supports his students in their personal and professional management roles. His experience in the photographic and pharmacy fields has been valuable with his work at TAFE and Private Colleges offering a Certificate in Small Business Management for those interested in embarking on their own enterprise or undertaking a management role in their career. |

Helen Bentley

Originally from South Africa, Helene worked extensively throughout Africa as a trainer in business and business law, before coming to Australia. She is a confident and personable team player who places a great deal of emphases on fair, equitable and ethical guide lines in her professional and personal life.
She has worked with the corporate sector offering training workshops in personal management skills and nationally recognised qualifications. Helene also lectured in law at the University in Joburg South Africa. .Her quick wit injects humour and spontaneity in her training sessions, and allows participants to relax and enjoy their learning experience.
She is a passionate people person and focuses on the development and well-being of her participants and clients, which is evident in the course feedback. Her talent in business writing has proven a great resource in the development of training manuals and resources for clients. She is an extremely adaptable Professional whose career objective is to provide excellence in the delivery of her training services.

Judy Fargher

Judy is an experienced people manager, working with staff teams and coaching them to develop their skills in the areas of morale, work management and retailing. She is qualified with her Certificate IV in Training & Assessment TAE40110 as well as a Diploma of Teaching and Diploma of Retail Management.
She is a skilled communicator and her training sessions in verbal and written communication ensure that participants experience realistic case studies and work related activities in the training environment.
She has opened and developed many of the retail outlets for the Carla Zampatti Group in Canberra, Sydney and Adelaide. Judy is a highly skilled retailer who offers her services to small and large retailers providing staff training and development for their staff teams in a range of topics from sales, service and merchandising to retail management.

Rod Byford

Rod is an experienced manager, with over 15 years experience in management across Operational, HR and Learning & Development business units for a large national corporation. His role has allowed him to manage a L&D team as well as facilitate programs in accredited courses including Frontline Management, Transport & Distribution and Training & Assessment. He is qualifications include Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, Diploma of Business Management and Certificate IV Workplace & Business Coaching.
Rod is a member of the International Coaching Federation and has facilitated numerous coaching sessions for both individuals and groups. Session subjects ranged form careers, personal issues through to managing staff, self and manager.
Rod’s personal style is described as creative, humorous and highly personable. He has a unique ability to delve into the minds of people and draw out their thoughts, emotions and rationale though effective questioning. He demonstrates his genuine interest in the people with whom he is training.
